Improving insulation in buildings not only helps achieving our Kyoto commitments, but also delivers cost savings whilst
creating jobs. In the European Union alone, better insulation levels could:
Reduce CO2 emissions by 83 million tonnes a year by 2010, rising to 144 million tonnes a year by 2015.
Provide cost and energy savings of 8 billion EURO a year by 2010, rising to 14,5 billion EURO a year by 2015.
Create the equivalent of up to 530,000 full time jobs.
Adding it up leads to one conclusion:
"IT's TIME TO ACT AND THE PLACE TO START IS IN BUILDINGS!"
